The Competitive Point Career Academy (CPCA) is a CSR initiative under the Amina Hazarika Memorial Foundation, offering 30 meritorious graduate men a fully-funded residential pathway to crack the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) examination.

We believe talent is equally distributed but opportunity is not. CPCA bridges that gap — providing coaching, accommodation, study materials, and mentorship from former civil servants, all at zero cost.

Who Can Apply?

We're looking for driven, academically capable graduates who lack the financial means to pursue quality APSC coaching. If you have the ambition, CPCA provides everything else.

  • Graduation completed in any discipline (from a recognised university)
  • Male candidates only (current batch)
  • Assam domicile or permanent resident
  • Preference given to economically weaker sections (EWS)
  • Strong academic record and genuine aspiration for civil service
  • Willing to reside at the CPCA campus in Guwahati for the full duration

Selection Process

  1. Online Application
    Fill out the application form with personal, educational, and economic background details.
  2. Written Screening Test
    A written exam based on General Studies and academic aptitude, held at our Guwahati centre.
  3. Document Verification
    Verification of educational qualifications, income certificate, and Assam domicile documents.
  4. Personal Interview
    A brief interaction with the selection panel to assess motivation and program suitability.
  5. Final Selection & Joining
    Merit list announced. Selected candidates receive joining instructions with commencement date.
